This is your chance to buy the actual windows exhibited at the Gardener’s World Exhibition (June 2007) in the outdoor garden ‘Courtyard Retreat’. The small garden won a Silver Gilt medal and was televised on Gardeners World on Friday 15th June. The windows are an original design by Karen Bull.
The three leaded glass panels can be installed outside in a garden wall or in the house. They look effective both against the light (see above image of backlit windows in the dark) and in daylight. The iridescent glass on the front of the panels reflects the peacock colours spectacularly.
The largest window with peacock (internal diameter) is 50cm and the smaller two windows are 40cm (internal diameter). They will fit well into a small garden or house.
The windows are set within a handcrafted iron frame and have a spiral feature rim that is also hand forged by blacksmiths. The frames echo the feathery quality of the the panels and complement the design beautifully.
For the complete set, with hand-crafted iron work we are looking for offers from £1500. If you wish to make us an offer then please e-mail us
