On 6th April I discussed my early thoughts about a lamp shade for my dining room that will be inspired by leaves. So far I have begun to develop the underlay. You can see an excerpt of this above. It is extremely complex but it is hoped that while it will have an enormous number of pieces to cut and put together it will not be too difficult for cutting. I am now retracing this image to try to make the cuts possible. A long term project.
